All the cancellations must be made by e-mail: kt-paivat2022@oulu.fi
Registrations cancelled on, or before 9 November 2022, are eligible for refund of the registration fees paid (less EUR 50 administration fee).
Registration cancelled after 9 November 2022 are not refundable.
The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event and, in such cases, are not obligated to refund registration fees.
