ABSTRACTS AND PRESENTATIONS

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submission for abstracts is open 15 August – 3 October 2022. The chairpersons of each thematic group will evaluate the abstracts and send the acceptance decisions by 18 October 2022. Accepted abstracts will be published on the website before the conference 15 November 2022. Abstracts are submitted online. In the submission, the following information is asked: contact information, abstract author information, title (max. 100 characters), keywords (2-5 pcs) and abstract text (max. 2000 characters). Please, fill out the submission form at one time, because there is not “save and return” feature in use. Submission for abstracts is closed.

PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations: Current or completed research is presented and discussed in the thematic groups. There are usually 4-6 presentations in one 90-minute session; approximately 15 minutes is reserved for one presentation. Presentation material, e.g. Power Point slides, are usually required.

Poster presentations: Posters present current or completed research. A poster can present personal or research group’s work. The author is expected to be present in the poster session and introduce the work. The author is also responsible of hanging and taking off the poster.

Recommended size for the poster is A0 (width 84 cm and height 120 cm). The size of the posters stands is: width 120 cm and height 150 cm.
